The lady was lovely and very helpful. She gave me confidence in how to remove a florescent bathroom bulb and what the difference was between a 2 and 4 pin bulb. She deserves 5 stars even though they didn't have a 4 pin bulb.

The man helped me find the right light bulb for a really tricky ceiling light and also gave my thirsty 3 year old a bottle of water. Very helpful, I would recommend!

I was looking for track lighting. When I entered the store I found a person who's intention was to be helpful, rather than selling something at all costs. Furthermore, this was at the end of his work day. I couldn't find what … More I was looking for, yet the seller directed me to another unrelated store which had what I was looking for. I came out of the store not feeling like an empty cash machine. You rarely experience such attitude. This is a real review. The interaction happened a while ago, but it left a lasting impression. Needless to say, I didn't receive the level of service at the other place. I'm not a friend of the seller/owner, nor related to them in any way. I have not been paid to write a convincing review either. It's simply what happened to me, objectively.
